roostiva Ads & Shopify Report Privacy Policy
Who we are
roostiva Ads & Shopify Report is a Windows desktop dashboard operated by Guangzhou Shengfen E-commerce Co., Ltd. This policy explains how the dashboard handles data from connected Google Ads and Shopify accounts. For privacy questions or help with data deletion, email contact@mail.roostiva.com.
Data we access and how we use it
When you connect a Google Ads account through Google OAuth, the dashboard uses your authorization to retrieve campaign identifiers, names, statuses, budgets, targeting and bidding settings, and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions. It uses this information to display reports, compare campaign performance, and show current campaign settings.
When you review and confirm a campaign management action, the dashboard sends the relevant changes to Google Ads. These actions can include updating a campaign’s name, budget, delivery status, or tracking parameters, or copying a campaign.
If you connect a Shopify store, the dashboard retrieves order, sales, session, and attribution information needed for reporting. It compares this information with Google Ads campaign data to show which orders can be linked to advertising campaigns.
Storage and retention
The Windows desktop version stores connection settings, authorization credentials, report caches, and campaign operation records on the computer running the dashboard. These local files are retained until the user removes them or replaces them through normal use. Reports you export are saved as separate files and can be managed independently.
Data sharing
The dashboard communicates with Google Ads and Shopify to retrieve data from connected accounts and to carry out the operations described in this policy. The Windows desktop version keeps its report caches on the user’s computer. If you export a report and share it, the recipients can access the information included in that export.
Revoking access and deleting local data
You can revoke the dashboard’s Google authorization from your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. To remove locally stored data, close the dashboard and remove the corresponding account configuration, report caches, and operation records from the computer. Delete any exported reports separately if you also want to remove those copies.
For help identifying the relevant files or making a privacy request, contact contact@mail.roostiva.com.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the dashboard’s data access, storage, or sharing practices change.
